Maestrum and your local work
Maestrum is designed as a local-first desktop application. The website does not centrally collect your Maestrum conversations, documents or AI provider credentials. A final runtime audit will precede any broader commercial claim about application telemetry.
Third-party AI providers
When you configure and use an external AI provider, information required to process your request may be sent to that provider. That processing is governed by the provider you choose and its own privacy terms. Maestrum does not present third-party provider processing as central Maestrum data collection.
Website and technical infrastructure
The Maestrum website currently uses no behavioural analytics or advertising trackers. Hosting and network infrastructure may still process technical information such as IP address, request time, requested URL and user-agent for delivery, security and operational logging.
Contact by email
If you contact us by email, we receive the information you voluntarily include in your message and use it to answer your request, including support, commercial, partnership or custom AI enquiries.
Microsoft Store
When Maestrum is distributed through Microsoft Store, Microsoft may process information associated with Store access, downloads and distribution under Microsoft’s own terms and privacy practices.
Licences, quotes and payments
This website does not currently process card payments. Custom AI work is handled by quote and external invoicing. If an external checkout or licence payment provider is added, this policy will be updated before that processing is introduced.
Your choices
You choose which external AI providers to configure and use. Review the privacy terms of those providers before sending information to them. You can also choose what information to include when contacting us by email.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when Maestrum, its distribution channels or its data flows change. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
